I work on an hourly rate basis for most projects. I keep a detailed Clockify record of my time and this is sent monthly alongside an invoice. Occasionally it makes sense to agree a flat project or design fee.
I’m very happy to be involved in just one stage of a project. For some clients this is the initial stage of designing what they want, planning the detail, and appointing a builder they feel is a good fit. Others enjoy the process of design and planning, but do not have the desire to manage the on site day to day implementation side of things.
Some clients just need an hour or two of design/planning consultancy, styling help, or a room scheme.
I am not VAT registered.
I can frequently obtain trade discounts on bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, interior furnishings and flooring, and in these instances savings are passed directly on to the client.
